All of us here at WDS are extremely excited to be hosting our first annual charity event! This year we are raising funds to benefit the American Family Children’s Hospital! All proceeds from this event will go to benefit this nationally recognized pediatric specialist organization! Below you will find all of the pertinent details regarding this event, if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact our office.
The event will take place on Friday, May 18th 2018. Our doors will open at 6:00 p.m, the Trivia will begin at 6:45 p.m, and the fun will continue until 10:00 p.m that evening. Teams can be up to 10 players and are not inclusive to clients only, which means bring your friends and family to join you and have fun at the event! You do not need a team to participate. Teams will be formed at the event so single player entries are welcome and encouraged!
*Breaking News* We are very excited to have received a signed, white, UW embroidered football with three famous UW alums to auction off at this event. Make sure to stay to the end of the night for this nightcap to have the chance to win our Watt UW football signed by all three Watt brothers, Derek, T. J., and of course J.J. *Breaking News*
The winning team will receive a bundled package for each player AND have the opportunity to name the charity organization for next years event!
Entry Fees will be collected at the door
There will be raffle drawings throughout the evening between rounds of Trivia. We are getting new items everyday but already we have some fantastic prizes including: red and white wine kits, an Amazon Echo Dot, and a free round of golf with complimentary polo shirts! Our raffle prize variety continues to grow leading up to the Trivia Night!
Raffle Tickets will all be available for purchase at the event.
As a thank you for all of your generosity for each charitable donation your name will be entered to take home our door prizes that will be given away at the end of trivia. This is separate from the other raffle prizes and you will receive tickets based on your donation. Our door prizes include, but are not limited to Badger Autographs, Food Fight Gift Cards, Yeti Tumblers, & Bluetooth speakers.
Maximum of 2 prizes per household
Don’t you hate it when you are in the middle of a spirited trivia game and the entire team cannot think of the correct answer? Fortunately we are offering mulligans for sale. A mulligan will give you an automatic correct answer so you can sit back and relax.
Pizza, snacks, lemonade, and coffee will be included with your entry fee. There will also be a cash bar available.
Every dollar raised at this event (raffle tickets, entry fees, donations, except : cash bar) will go towards the benefit of the American Family Children’s Hospital! WDS will also be matching every dollar donated up to $10,000!!
