Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in order to provide the healthiest environment for our clients, staff and community, we have decided to no longer hold in office appointments until further notice. If you have an upcoming meeting with an advisor in our office, you will be contacted with the option of doing a phone meeting or virtual meeting through Zoom. In addition, we have had to cancel and reschedule some of our education events, retirement classes and our Charity event.
The Global Market Outlook education event that was scheduled for Wednesday, April 1st at the Madison Marriott West has been cancelled, but we are currently looking into the option of hosting this as a virtual education event. Unfortunately, our Wills and Trust education event that is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12th may also have to be postponed.
Our 3rd annual Trivia Night for Charity to benefit the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin that was scheduled for Friday, April 24th has been postponed to Friday, October 2nd. Please visit our website for more details!
The April and May Retirement Planning Today workshops have been cancelled and we are currently working with the UW-Extension to get those rescheduled.
We will continue to operate out of the office and at home during our normal business hours. For the safety of everyone, we would prefer that you get us requested documents through your Morningstar portal, a secure email, or by regular mail. If you need assistance with your Morningstar portal, please contact our office. Our normal business hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Our team will continue to monitor the situation and make the necessary changes as they come. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. As always, if you have any questions or concerns let us know. We are all in this together, stay safe and healthy!
Sincerely,
WDS Team
