Ashley Rodriguez has been a key member of WDS for nine years, having joined the firm in 2017, and has played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall client experience. As a Client Relationship Specialist, Ashley serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision, care, and consistency. Her strong attention to detail in client meeting preparation ensures every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence.
Working closely with Jeff Lamb and Kelly Nelson, Ashley partners with the advisory team to implement personalized strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals. In addition to her client-facing role, Ashley works closely with the WDS support team and is an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team. She plays a key role in developing, training, and leading Client Support Coordinators and staff, helping strengthen internal processes and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Known for her compassionate, client-first approach, Ashley builds deep trust with clients and brings a thoughtful perspective that sets her apart. Dedicated to continued professional growth, she is pursuing the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys exploring local culinary scenes, trying new restaurants and wineries, and traveling to bucket-list destinations. She loves spending quality time with her husband, Nicholas, their two sons, Myles and Ollie, and their Golden Retriever, Arlo.
