Lead Client Relationship Manager
Ashley Rodriguez has been a key member of WDS since 2017, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience. As the Lead Client Relationship Manager, Ashley is the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Her attention to detail in client meeting preparation ensures that every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence.
Working closely with Jeff Lamb and Kelly Nelson, Ashley partners with them to implement personalized strategies that help clients reach their goals. Known for her compassionate approach, she builds deep trust with clients and brings a unique client-first focus that sets her apart. Dedicated to her professional growth, Ashley is pursuing the Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®) designation. She is part of developing and training the support staff and the WDS leadership team, where she further supports and guides Client Support Coordinators and staff.
Outside work, Ashley enjoys exploring local culinary scenes, trying new restaurants and wineries, and traveling to bucket-list destinations. She loves spending quality time with her husband, Nicholas, their two sons, Myles and Ollie, and their Golden Retriever, Arlo.
