
Client Relationship Manager
Brenda brings over 30 years of experience in Long Term Care, with a career focused on ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance in nursing home business offices. As the Regional Director of Business Office Operations, she was responsible for training, auditing, and overseeing business office staff across the entire state of Wisconsin—managing up to 24 facilities at a time—as well as briefly supporting locations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Her expertise includes Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes related to elderly and disabled care, including verifications, authorizations, billing, collections, and resident support. She also played a key role in assisting residents with selecting Medicare plans and completing Medicaid applications and renewals. Brenda participated in monthly financial reviews, managed sensitive admission documentation, and helped facilities navigate the complexities of COVID-19 compliance and reporting.
After retiring in March 2022, Brenda joined John Augustin in June 2023. In her current part-time role, she supports client service operations by preparing new application paperwork, beneficiary updates, scheduling client reviews, and providing general administrative assistance. Her extensive background and compassionate approach continue to bring tremendous value to the clients she works with.
