
Client Support Coordinator
Daytona joined WDS in December of 2024 as a Client Support Coordinator, bringing a diverse background in customer service and a strong foundation in marketing. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 2022, Daytona relocated to Dodgeville to be closer to family and has since settled in nearby Mount Horeb. She was drawn to WDS for its collaborative, family-oriented work culture, which aligns perfectly with her own values and professional aspirations.
In her current role at WDS, Daytona is responsible for a variety of client-focused tasks, including managing email communications, overseeing transfer tracking, processing paperwork, and scheduling meetings. In addition to her core responsibilities, she has also taken on various marketing initiatives such as website editing, event planning, and managing social media content. Her background in marketing allows her to better understand client needs and deliver thoughtful, effective support. Daytona also applies strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset to streamline processes and ensure every client interaction is smooth and professional.
Outside of work, Daytona enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping with friends and family, as well as spending quality time with her longtime boyfriend and her cat, Nova. She is also an avid painter and enjoys engaging in various crafts during her downtime.
