Client Support Coordinator
Daytona joined WDS in December of 2024 as a Client Support Coordinator, bringing a diverse background in customer service and a strong foundation in marketing. After she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2022, Daytona relocated to Dodgeville to be closer to family. Daytona was drawn to WDS for its collaborative, family-oriented work culture, which aligns perfectly with her own values and professional aspirations.
In her current role at WDS, Daytona is responsible for a variety of client focused tasks, including managing email communications, overseeing transfer tracking, processing paperwork, and scheduling meetings. Her background in marketing allows her to understand and anticipate client behaviors and needs, enabling her to provide personalized support and foster positive client relationships every day. Daytona also leverages her knowledge of communication strategies, problem-solving, customer engagement, and attention to detail to streamline processes, ensuring that every interaction is positive and efficient for our clients.
Outside of work, Daytona enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping with friends and family, as well as spending quality time with her cat, Nova. She is also an avid painter and enjoys engaging in various crafts during her downtime.
