Client Relationship Coordinator + Marketing & Events Coordinator
Daytona joined WDS in December of 2024 as a Client Support Coordinator, bringing a diverse background in customer service and a strong foundation in marketing. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in 2022, Daytona relocated to Dodgeville to be closer to family and has since settled in nearby Mount Horeb. She was drawn to WDS for its collaborative, family-oriented work culture, which aligns perfectly with her own values and professional aspirations.
Daytona works directly with and supports Financial Advisors, Jeremy Argue and Tom Brien, assisting with a wide range of client-focused responsibilities including managing email communications, overseeing transfer tracking, processing paperwork, and scheduling meetings.
In addition to her core responsibilities, She also holds the role of Marketing & Events Coordinator, where she plans client events and fundraisers, manages and updates the company website, develops marketing materials, and coordinates with vendors and charities. Daytona is known for her strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset, helping ensure efficient processes and a high level of service.
Outside of work, Daytona enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping with friends and family, as well as spending quality time with her longtime boyfriend and her cat, Nova. She is also an avid painter and enjoys engaging in various crafts during her downtime.
