Client Support Coordinator
Gabriella joined WDS in 2025 as a Client Support Coordinator, bringing a strong background in customer service, a keen eye for detail, and communication skills. She graduated in May from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Personal Finance and a certificate in Economic Analytics. Her passion for helping others, building meaningful connections, and interest in financial planning led her to WDS.
In her current role, Gabriella supports advisors and clients by preparing and processing paperwork, helping keep daily operations organized and on track, and maintaining clear, effective communication. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and calm demeanor in high-pressure situations. Gabriella is committed to contributing to the WDS team through meaningful, impactful actions.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and playing with her Dogs, Dozer and Daizy. A lover of downtown Madison, she can be found at Open Mic Nights at UW-Madison’s Memorial Union or the Farmer’s Market on the square.
