
Client Support Coordinator
Jodi Thieme joined WDS in 2023 as a Client Support Coordinator, bringing more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health and customer service. In her role, Jodi is essential to the smooth operation of WDS, handling a wide range of responsibilities, from preparing client paperwork and managing financials to providing invaluable support to Financial Advisors, Lucas Marty and Jeremy Argue.
Jodi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Before joining WDS, she served as a Para Educator for the Middleton Cross Plains Area School District, where her dedication to helping others was evident. Her passion for people translates seamlessly into her work at WDS, where she is committed to building meaningful client relationships and ensuring a high level of service. A strong advocate for community and service, Jodi has been a dedicated volunteer at Gilda’s Club Madison for over a decade.
Outside of work, she resides in Middleton with her husband, Ross, and their two sons, Nolan and Calvin. Jodi enjoys immersing herself in nature through hiking and camping and loves attending concerts. Whether spending time outdoors or creating cherished memories with family and friends, she is driven by a deep appreciation for the joys of life and the people around her.
