Kyle has been with WDS since 2013. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Bachelor of Science degrees in Personal Finance and Economics.
In 2017, Kyle achieved the globally recognized Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation. This signifies a high level of competency and professionalism in personal financial planning. Demonstrating expertise in financial planning principles, retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance planning. Kyle is equipped to help clients navigate their financial goals and create comprehensive financial plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
In 2018, Kyle earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. AIF® designees demonstrate that they have met educational, competence, conduct, and ethical standards to carry out a fiduciary standard of care and serve the best interests of their clients.
Most recently, in 2024, Kyle accomplished his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation. Kyle learned from some of the top professors at the School of Management at Yale University with a focus on Fundamentals of Investment Management, Investments, Portfolio Theory & Behavioral Finance, Risk & Return, and Portfolio Construction & the Consulting Process. The CIMA designation is recognized as the peak global certification for investment management and portfolio construction, providing advisors with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex investment landscapes and meet the needs of clients effectively.
He has also received recognition for his exceptional performance within his practice, including the Gold Award from Harbour Investments in 2023 and 2022, as well as the Silver Award in 2021.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kyle was a standout player on the Badgers football team from 2010 to 2013, earning a full scholarship as one of ten walk-ons from his original class. He was also a three-time Academic-All Big Ten member.
Kyle and his wife Ashley, an Occupational Therapist, reside in Waunakee. They are happy parents to two boys, Brady and Graham. In his leisure time, Kyle enjoys playing golf, reading, working on home improvement projects, and cherishing moments with his family and friends.
