Kyle Gilbertson joined Wealth Distribution Strategies, LLC in May 2025 as a seasoned Financial Advisor, with a focus on aligning investment decisions with a family’s behavior and life goals. He holds dual certifications as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), underscoring his commitment to fiduciary excellence and comprehensive financial planning.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2015 and honed his experience through hands-on advisory roles at Baird for 11 years.
Kyle’s philosophy is built on the belief that financial planning is most effective when it reflects both the numbers and the people behind them. He’s dedicated to empowering families with education, empathy, and strategy, aligning their resources with the life they envision.
Due to this philosophy, Kyle’s approach is deeply relational. He cultivates close partnerships with each family, offering clarity during difficult decisions and structure during uncertain financial climates. The families he serves appreciate his empathetic coaching style, making him more than an advisor, but a trusted confidant in their financial journey.
Outside of work, Kyle lives in Downtown Milwaukee with his girlfriend, Amber, and their Corgi, Sariah. He likes to keep busy by staying active, planning trips, curling, reading, and spending time with family & friends.
