Leading with a sense of curiosity, Luke has worked to develop his skills in asking great questions and being an active listener. First looking to understand, before looking to be understood. His dedication to serving his clients inspires him to simplify complex financial matters into easy-to-understand decisions.
Luke is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and acts as fiduciary for all his clients. In addition, he has developed his knowledge outside of traditional stocks and bonds and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Wisconsin and currently serves as the President-Elect and Pro Bono Director. His passion for financial planning has motivated him to give back to the community through great organizations like Secure Futures, Journey House, City on a Hill, and the Community Warehouse. He is committed to making an impact in financial literacy and can be found teaching the ”Money Path” app at local high schools.
Luke graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He majored in Marketing and Management with a minor in Spanish. His studies took him to Madrid, Spain where he studied at Colegio Universitario De Estudios Financieros (University of Financial Studies). He also played rugby for Wisconsin and is actively involved in supporting the current club.
His career started with a large national bank in finance and soon added experience with the mortgage side of the business. He started in financial services in December of 2007 and remembers the scars from The Great Financial Crisis. He spent 7 years working with a global private real estate firm as a regional VP and most recently was the managing director within the private credit sector.
Luke and his family reside in New Berlin WI near his hometown of Greenfield. He and his wife Marta spent time in Houston, Phoenix, and Chicago before moving back to Wisconsin in 2017. They have two daughters, Lola (2008) and Makenna (2014), and one son, Landon (2016). As a family, they love to travel and spend time up north on the water, in Sunny Destin Florida, and down in Nashville TN. Luke has a love for golf and hopes to make it to Scotland in 2024. He has two motorcycles and loves his Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers.
