
Financial Advisor
Lukas Kolasch has been a Financial Advisor with WDS since 2021, bringing value to his clients by being dependable, trustworthy, and committed to building lasting relationships. He focuses on delivering the highest quality of service by staying informed on economics and the ever-changing financial industry, diligently guiding clients before and after retirement.
Lukas’ personal mission is grounded in gratitude and service. He strives daily to be the best father, husband, son, friend, Financial Advisor, and Coach, viewing every chance to serve others as a responsibility. Lukas graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Health Science and a minor in Psychology. After a career as a Performance and Baseball Coach, he transitioned into the financial industry, earning his securities and insurance licenses. In 2022, he achieved the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation to further enhance his knowledge and service to clients.
Lukas lives in his hometown of Monticello with his wife Hailey, their son Reign, daughter Marigold, and their puppy and two cats. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors – fishing, hunting, hiking – and playing baseball, golf, and other sports. Lukas is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Monticello and New Glarus Schools, passionate about living a life of health and longevity, often volunteering and staying active in his community.
