Tax Advisor
Ryan Ueberfluss joined WDS in June of 2025 as a Tax Advising Support Coordinator, bringing with him a strong academic background and a drive to grow within the financial services industry. Ryan recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville with a double major in Accounting and Finance, where he developed a solid foundation in financial analysis, tax principles, and strategic planning. Building on his education in accounting and finance, Ryan became an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) by passing all three parts of the IRS Special Enrollment Examination and is now federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
Prior to joining WDS, Ryan worked in retail, building his experience with communication and problem-solving skills; abilities that continue to serve him well in his professional career. Ryan was drawn to WDS for its commitment to family and educational values, an innovative work culture, and its position in a dynamic, growing industry.
In his current role, Ryan is learning the tax environment hands-on, supporting the team by preparing tax returns, updating client-facing software to reflect tax implications, and actively pursuing continued education to stay ahead of the evolving tax field. His strengths in communication and deduction allow him to approach problems analytically and convey complex information clearly, contributing to both client satisfaction and team efficiency.
Above all, Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, and when he’s not with them, he can often be found enjoying golf and baseball, both as a player and a spectator. He brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to both his work and his hobbies, always looking to grow and improve.
