Client Support Coordinator
Samantha joined WDS in 2025 as a Client Support Coordinator and brings a diverse skill set, with a strong background in communication, customer service, and marketing. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in May 2024 with a degree in Business Communications and additional studies in Economics and Leadership Development. Samantha is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused work environment.
In her current role at WDS, Samantha helps facilitate team communication, processes documentation, and provides daily support to ensure operations run smoothly. She takes pride in being detail-oriented, responsive, and dependable in a fast-paced environment. Samantha enjoys contributing to team success and is always eager to take on new challenges that promote both personal and professional growth.
Outside of work, Samantha stays active through sports, weightlifting, and hiking. She’s very family- and friend-oriented, often planning trips and new adventures with her loved ones. Samantha enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and embracing opportunities that push her outside of her comfort zone.
