March Basketball Contest Winners
A big congratulations to the winners of our March Basketball Contest! As part of their prize, they scored tickets to watch the UW-Madison Badgers in action at the iconic Kohl Center. The energy was electric, and our winners soaked up every exciting moment of the game.

New Team Member
In December, Daytona Thelke joined our team as a Client Support Coordinator! Daytona will assist advisors and clients at our Verona location. She joins us as a 2022 graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and experience as a customer representative in the Neenah area.
Team Member Spotlight
Lucas Marty grew up in Monticello, WI and attended UW-Madison to obtain his degree in personal finance. Lucas joined the WDS team in 2012 to assist the other advisors in working with their clients and has since transitioned to working with his own clients to help them achieve their retirement goals. In 2024, Lucas received his second gold award from Harbour Investments, ranking him in the top 20% of advisors.
Outside of work, Lucas and his wife, Jordan, have a 1-year-old daughter, Blaire, who recently learned how to walk and has opened a new level of excitement and chaos at home. Lucas and Jordan are excitedly awaiting the arrival of their second child near the end of April 2025. In Lucas’ free time, he enjoys spending time at home with his family and their two dogs, golfing with friends and family, watching sports, and playing fantasy football and fantasy golf with other advisors in the office. One of Lucas’ personal goals is golf in all 50 states throughout his lifetime, only 47 more to go!
