Development Day Team Building
After a full day of focusing on growth, skill-building, and collaboration at Development Day, many team members capped off the experience with a lively team-building activity, enjoying a game of whirlyball together.
Advise AI Conference
Jeff Lamb along with several of his Harbour Investments Peer Mentoring Group members, attended the first annual Financial Planning Magazine Advise AI Conference held in Las Vegas on October 9th and 10th. They learned about new investment and financial planning technology that utilizes AI as well as how other Financial Advisors are leveraging AI in their practices to be more efficient and effective. Team Member Spotlight
Jeremy, raised in Mount Horeb, earned his degree from UW-Whitewater and started his career with John Hancock in 2002. In 2012, he joined WDS alongside Jeff Lamb, and in 2024, he celebrated his second consecutive platinum award at Harbour Investments’ annual conference, ranking him in the top 10% of advisors.
He and his wife, Stacy, have two daughters, Eva and Emilie, who keep them on the move with soccer practices and dance classes. Jeremy is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing golf and soccer. The family loves attending games together, especially cheering on Forward Madison FC. They also share a passion for travel; their latest adventure was to Hilton Head, where they soaked up the beach, kayaked, and went parasailing. They also stopped by the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, where they tackled whitewater rafting, ziplining, and ropes courses.
